A distillate of a brilliant colour between ancient mahogany and ebony. Intense perfume with hints of raisins, prune and vanilla. Complex and majestic taste that is at the same time soft and velvety. Intense finish, long and persistent.

Distillation takes place in stills at 65° to obtain the bets possible aquavit. Ageing takes place over 18 years in American oak barrels previously used for sherry Oloroso, following the traditional Criades e Soleras method.
