Food Pairings: entrees, fish soups, pasta dishes, delicate cheeses, pizza, dried scamorza cheese, brodetto pescarese (traditional fish dish) and mortadelle di Campotosto (traditional cold meats).
The wine has a cherry red colour of varying degrees to brilliant red, in connection with the production techniques that include maceration on the skins for a number of hours, which determines the intensity and shades of the colour. The aroma is pleasant, delicate, with a slight hint of vinous, with notes reminiscent of a fruity bouquet. The taste is soft, harmonious and delicate, with a delicate aftertaste of almond.
