This Champagne from a single variety,  100% Chardonnay Blanc du Blancs, is a blend of fruit from different harvests,  15% of which have been specially selected. Bright clear yellow color; to the nose it offers rich freshness and aromas of white flowers; great length with a pleasant mineral finish.
