The white wine obtained from the must is distilled twice over direct fire with a Charentais copper alembic still: the bruilllis obtained after the first distillation has a low alcohol content of 28°-30°, while the bonne chauffe obtained after the second distillation has a alcohol content of 70,5°. The eau-de-vie is then aged in French oak barrels, 90% of which are from the Limousin region.
Luminous amber coloured cognac; elegant aroma with notes of wood, honey, dried fruits and peach; to the palate it is complex, persistent with delicious fruity notes of orange and ripe prune. Intense perfumes of tea and cinnamon.
