Passito with a brilliant golden yellow color of medium intensity, a broad and intense aroma, with marked notes of candied fruit, dried figs, citrus fruits, dried apricots and a pleasant sensation of honey and biscuit. Rich and complex flavor, pleasant and consistent with a good balance of acidity. Aging in barrique for at least thirty months followed by a period of refinement in the bottle.
