Fruity wine, floral and mineral to the nose, with a fresh and sapid flavour indicating good structure of character and balance. Selva is one of the first crù of this production zone. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats to protect the characteristics typical of this variety, known for its austerity. This is followed by many months of bottle fining.
