Liquor of unmistakable taste obtained in hydro-alcoholic solution from the cold maceration of berries of Sardinian myrtle and sugar. Dark red colour with violet hues, tending to amber with age. The perfume is intense and characteristic, with fruity aromas with notes of eucalypt and juniper, and a finish of citrus notes. The taste is sweet and astringent with a pleasantly bitter finish.
