The unique elegance and depth of this wine comes from the complex harmony of the nine varietals. Its intensity, balance and harmony create a wine that is pleasant immediately and also over time. Each variety is collected and vinified separately in barrels of 500 l with local yeasts and manual punch down. The wines are then assembled for a final period of fermentation in oak barrels.
