A wine of straw-yellow colour and refined and persistent bouquet. The iodine mineral notes are well combined with the scents of white and yellow pulp fruit, floral notes, in particular mimosa and chamomile. The fresh notes are reminiscent of the aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean. The palate is fresh and sapid, lively with acidity and rich in fruit. The finish is long and refreshing, enriched by a vibrant citrus note.
