Delicate nuances of acacia blossoms and rose initially beguile the nose. Fruity notes of melon, subtle banana, white peach and Golden Delicious apple with delicate scents of wild herbs. The mouth is fully flavoured, almost salty, fresh and crisp, with notes of  pear and apple. Great length.
