Philosophy of Production: Natural

Distilled in discontinuous alembic stills. Elevated over eight years in 225 litres-barriques manufactured by the Chateau’s cooperage, half of which had previously contained the Chateau’s wine. Amber coloured, aromas of red fruit, honey, marzipan, liquorice and vanilla, with a complex, majestic and enveloping flavour.
