This rum matures in batches in ex-Bourbon barrels. After the mixing the rum rests in oak barrels for six more months. Ageing in average is five years, giving this rum its natural dark amber colour, with aroma of banana, caramelised fruit and vanilla. The flavour is balanced, with notes of raisin, tobacco and cloves. Long and creamy finish.
