Aged 5 years in ex-Bourbon barrels followed by finish at Château du Breuil in ex-Calvados barrels to develop aromas and finesse.
To the nose it offers at first impact a wood flavour, followed by a bouquet of flowers and spices. To the mouth it offers intense vanilla and lime ahead of notes of flowers (iris) and liquorice, honey, cocoa and cinnamon.
Finish ample and silky with excellent and long after-taste.
