Wine with a ruby red color of good intensity; The nose recognizes hints of red fruit mixed with black pepper; In the mouth an excellent and singular balance in tannins and acidity with a long, warm and persistent finish. The grapes are harvested manually in early October after having been destemmed with very light pressing, they are placed in ancient brick barrels, for a very short maceration. Fermentation takes place on its own yeasts and tannins in masonry or steel barrels and aging in tonneaux.
