Food Pairings: White meat, red meat and game. Excellent accompaniment for egg and mature cheese.

Wine of intense ruby red colour with noticeable garnet reflections. Ample and complex perfume, decisively fruity and ethereal, with bright spicy notes. Strong hints of cherry and fruit jam, currants and rosemary, tobacco and cinnamon, with light notes of vanilla. Dry taste, warm, with a complex structure and a long aromatic aftertaste. A wine of strong personality, still very young but destined for a great future. Ageing in new barriques for at least 12 months. Ageing in bottle for 12 months before going on to the market.
