Pale straw-colored wine with green-gray reflections. The nose shows mineral and floral hints of aromatic herbs with a citrussy and fruity finish reminiscent of pear. In the mouth it has an excellent acid and savory vein that lengthens its persistence with a characteristic almond finish, typical of the grape. Aged 8 months in steel with scheduled and graduated batonnage on the fine lees and for at least 4 months in the bottle.
