During the harvest, between February and June, the sugar cane is cut to extract the juice called “vesou”. Fermentation and distillation are carried out with extreme care to safeguard its characteristic profile and expression.

Canne Bleue Aged Rum Collector’s Edition 2020 is the product of a blend of the best barrels of Canne Bleue aged in ex Bourbon American oak barrels.

Rhum of clear and transparent colour. Immediately the sugar cane Bleue, with its natural flavour of marshmallow, combines with the perfume of vanilla and citrus peel; the flavour a pot pourri of salted aromas highlighted by cinnamon, mahogany, nutmeg, cocoa, mokka and most of all candied fruit and dates. The finish is spicy and persistent.
