Philosophy of Production: Natural

Corn, wheat, malted barley and water are heated then left to cool. Yeast is then added to begin fermentation. The resulting liquid is distilled until it reaches 80 alc/vol before being diluted with water to reach 62.5 alc/vol.

Aged for a minimum of four years in American oak. Fining a minimum of six months in Cognac Napoléon and XO barrels. A whiskey of golden amber colour, with aroma of oak and dark berries, to the palate it offers notes of caramel and dried fruits.
