Original Peaty is manufactured with one single distillation by “The Secret Islay”, one of the most unique distilleries on the Island of Islay. Produced using an original formula jealously guarded by a small circle of people,it undergoes maturation and fining on the island, absorbing the strong aroma of the earth and the typical scents of the Scottish coast. To the nose it is full and peaty, toasted, smoothed by saltiness. To the palate it is full bodied and robust.
